(Purusha Sookta explanatory definition by Mantralaya Rayaru - SIX and ELEVENTH sloka)

Date : Dec 9 2005

Background

Purusha Sukta Sixth and Eleventh Shlokas definition by Mantralaya Rayaru and the qualities to become the Devotees of  Mantralaya Rayaru are described in Mantralaya(95)

Meaning

The Sixth Shloka of Purusha Sukta "Yat Purushaena Havishaa Deva Yagnamatanvata Vasanto Asyaaseedaajyam Greeshma  Idhmaha  Sharaddhavihi" -Rayaru described for Manasa Yaaga Vasanta Rutu was ghee, Greeshma Rutu was the firewood and Sharad Rutu was Havissu.  Sri Hari Purusha created the things for the Yaaga. Sri Guru Jagannatha Dasaru has described in his Padas that Sri Hari is the father, mother, relative and everything. This justifies to the definition of Mantralaya Rayaru.

The Eleventh Shloka of Purusha Sukta "Yat Purusham Vyadadhuhu  Katidha Vyakalpayan Mukham Kimasya Kou Bahoo Kaa  Uouru  Paada  Uchyaetae"  Rayaru defined the  creation of  Manukula. Who are the origins of face, hands, thighs and Feet of Purusha-Vishnu-Sri Hari are questioned here. Mantralaya Rayaru has defined the creation of Sri Hari.

Mantralaya Sri Raghavendra Gurusarvabhouma is the mediator of the Devotees to Sri Hari. Sri Narasimhadevaru? reply to Prahlada is heartening to note. Bhavaan Mae Khalu Bhaktaanaam Sarveshaam PratiRoopa Dhruk. In the Devotees You can see me. Mantralaya Rayaru is the Harikaara   to forward our appeals to Sri Hari. We are living in the shelter of Mantralaya and Mantralaya Series. It is not sufficient to say that we are the Devotees? When we think and act for the benefit of others and lead the life with Sanctity, then only it is sane that we are the Devotees of Mantralaya Rayaru.

Sri Appanacharya a close associate of Mantralaya Rayaru has completely understood the Divine Personality of Sri Raghavendra Gurusarvabhouma and with ecstasy, Aashu Kavitva,Bhakti and Pratibha uttered the GURUSTOTRA.The complete Gurustotra is nothing but an inscription to be carved on our hearts always. Deva Swabhaavo Divija Drumoyaam  Ishta Pradome Satatam Swa Bhooyaat. This Divine Quality-Deva Swabhaava is found in all the Avataraas of Mantralaya Mandira. The Asuraas i.e.Daityas: Namuchi,
Paaka,Hayagreevasura,Shambara etc.have praised Prahladaraya  whole heartedly. Today Mantralaya Rayaru is attracted and impressed,  not only the Hindus but also the Sikhs and the Muslims. There is no barrier and restriction of   country, caste, creed and religion to become the Devotee of Mantralaya Rayaru. Belief in Sri Hari , to think and respond about the welfare and goodness of others are the qualities required to become the Devotees of Mantralaya Rayaru.

When all are thinking in these lines, why not the Brahmins-Vaishnavas-Madhwas indulge in this Sacred, Devotional routine? Do not think in terms of Matha. Propitiate, do good to others. Pray to the Kind Sri Raghavendrateertharu to take us in the shelter of Mantralaya Kaaya-Vaachaa,Manasaa.

When we follow and practice all this then it will be proper to say with proud that we are the Devotees of Mantralaya Rayaru.
